This pad can accommodate 4 persons only but can extend to only 5. 

It is like a studio type whereby everything is inside 1 room. Kitchen and beds. 

The stoves and utensils are set up when a guest comes in and requests for such. 

The toilet and bath are separate and are outside the bedrooms.

(due to the rains, chairs and tables are placed inside the house. The area gets to be cleaned from time to time and tables are brought out when a group wants to.

This homely vacation house is located just a stones throw from the city's popular Burnham Park. It is only about a 2-minute walk.

The house used to be a family vacation house yet was not visited for many years, the family decided to share and open it to the public, for visitors to enjoy a classic place to stay in Baguio. The house has a fire place, house is made with a lot of wood, high ceilings, porches, verandas, all rooms with private toilet and bath and 1 has a bathtub, 

The house is staffed with a 24-hour housekeeper / caretaker (stands by at the front desk) and a 24 hour guard to assist guests.
