The house will be set up when expected guests arrive. The photos above were taken during drying and just after a general cleaning :-)

The house can accommodate as much as 25 persons at a time, or for worse scenario 40 persons. 

The house can be split to three (3) areas for smaller groups of 8-10 persons at a time each area. 

The rooms are private locked, some bedrooms with toilet and bath. 

Kitchens are common and other toilets but each have a designated or boundary. 

Rate: 

P2,500 per block good for 6 to 8 persons. 

P3,500 per block good for 9 to 12 persons. 

Full House of 40 persons - P300 each.
