The building in picture is a duplex house.
The front and back units are identical but he back portion is newly renovated and is ongoing furnishing and clean up hence in this photo the clean up is yet to ensue.
The rooms are:
Bedroom 1 is at the 2nd floor - it is the Masters Bedroom with private toilet and bath. Bed as of now is a double bed but additional beds can be placed when needed. Beddings of course will be in place.
Bedroom 2 is also at at the 2nd floor common toilet and bath.
Bedroom 3 is at the 2nd floor with common toilet and bath in the same floor.
Bedroom 4 is at the 3rd floor or attic with common toilet and bath in the same floor.
Bedroom 5 is at the attic also with common toilet and bath in the same floor.
The 5th bedroom is at the ground floor at the end of the laundry room and kitchen. It has its own toilet and bath and can be accessed thru the service unit area from the garage.
Beds and beddings are as of now stored in the other unit. It can serve as much as 25 persons.
Fireplace is functional.
Television will be provided IF needed but not if not necessarily needed.
