9 bedrooms but we can only make use of 7 (not yet sure which of these are deducted:
4 bedrooms (9 beds) at the basement.
2 bedrooms (5 beds) at the ground floor.
1 bedroom (2 beds) at the 3rd level.
2 bedrooms (6 beds) at the mezzanine.

With hot and cold showers, terrace/porch, dining and living and nicely-equipped kitchen.
Dining table for 8, larger table outside by the billiards hall.
With TV cable connections.
Billiards, basketball, videoke.
Great view, nice setting and a very spacious lot area. (1200sqm)
With caretaker to assist the guests during their stay.

Space is ideal for large groups; family gatherings/reunions, barkada vacations, etc. BUT / AND  Supposed to comfortably house 22 guests at 1 bed each but the water supply can only accommodate a maximum of 15 persons at a time.

This room is located at the end of the above hallway, road level. Right side. This is the biggest room so far.

The kitchen is centralized at the top floor of the building, near the function hall.

The following photos are photos of the units whereby the units' furnishings are not yet put in place because they are moved around each time there are events and other needs for the other units. Anyways, basically this are how the units looks like.

This is the photo of the building from the road side. The unit that follows are on the lower floor from the road level. Below the road level does not mean it is a dark basement because the units have windows and at the end of the hallway is an opening for exit.

2 double decked beds - good for 4 persons. Additional persons will stay on a mattress on the floor.
