Depending on the kind of service / facilities that each one offers and provides, lean or peak seasons, the rates may go higher or lower, transient houses charges a minimum of P350.
As for Bboss, at times, I already included the service charges for facilitating the booking. Or at times, I have to add a service charge plus the taxes that incurs due to the transaction. It is usually reflected on the Quotation that I will submit to you either formally (quotation with a letter in excel or pdf form) or informally (email as an email or texting).
