*The property is located very near the Post Office of Baguio City, the Session Road, Baguio City, the Baguio Cathedral, Baguio City and the SM, Baguio City.
** The floor area is about 200 square meters, the frontage or actually at the side of the entrance - side-gate :-) or yard area is about 50 square meters --- can be for barbecue area or bonfire.
