Thoughts on Transient Ethics or Tourists Ethics

Travel has become economical and affordable to everyone nowadays. Transportation costs went down due to better routes and lower fuel costs . Affordable and homely accommodation facilities came about because property owners are renting out idle parts of the house or the whole house, parks or backyards are also being rented out to backpackers and campers too.

Seeing this phenomenon, I thought about writing and incorporating the discipline that I learned from the the Seven Principles of Outdoors Ethics and those are basically about respecting the outdoors when visiting. The setting may not be the same but the same principles apply. Too much is written about hosting but not many are written about code of conducts of a visitor.

When visiting Baguio or any other parts of the universe, it will help a lot when one consider reading out about the outdoors ethics.

I have written some in the Transient Ethics page in this blog, I hope that this guidelines will help one on how a visitor is expected to behave when in Baguio or in the accommodation facility that a tourist will be renting out.
